How Kalshi Wire reports

A dispatch should let you verify what changed without mistaking an interpretation for an announcement.

Source first

We begin with a primary source: an exchange document, an official product announcement, or a public regulatory record. Each note links to its evidence. A third-party headline alone is not enough to establish a change.

Two dates, kept separate

The publication date is when our note was prepared. The source change date is displayed by the original announcement. The inaugural edition was reviewed on October 14, 2026, in America/Los_Angeles. Entries carrying a later date were excluded.

A publication date does not mean the underlying change happened that day. The home page is a dated collection and makes no claim to be complete or continuously updated.

Facts, interpretation, and limits

“What the documentation says” reports the source. “Our interpretation” explains an operational consequence. Each note identifies what we have not independently tested or observed.

Our initial dispatches examine public API documentation. They do not use customer accounts, measure trading outcomes, or confirm the implementation of a third-party product.
